But here we are, decades later, writing about exactly that, in a fun space in a pretty quiet section of near The Capitol. This is a bar that takes itself seriously, without wanting you to know it. The appletinis are made with real apples, and the frozen daiquiris are made with real juice—but it doesn’t come with all the snobbiness of a bougie cocktail bar.
