"Taking over an old firehouse in the heart of Ballard is this restaurant and lounge that specializes in Caribbean and Latin American food. There's weekend brunch with lots of mimosa, chilaquiles, and mangu, while the weekday dinner menu has dishes like burgers and fajitas. But the real party may happen on Friday and Saturday nights when the place is open until 2am. It's owned by the same folks who own Fuego Nightclub in Tacoma.
