"Forget trying to recreate your family’s matzo brei, why not eat a leg of duck while you contemplate plagues in your apartment? This Israeli delivery-only project started a couple of months ago from a chef who used to work at Nur, Shoo Shoo, and Lamalo. In addition to their typical weekly bread-and-dip packages, Parchment has a special Passover box with more deluxe versions of what’s normally on a seder plate (like charoset made with vanilla jam, lacto-fermented horseradish, endive salad, duck leg with apricots and roasted potatoes, and more). Each box costs $39 per person, and there’s an option to add on chopped liver or matzo ball soup as well. Capacity is limited so place your order by Tuesday, March 23rd." - Hannah Albertine
