Koto Jelly Coffee - Review - Capitol Hill - Seattle - The Infatuation

"New coffee shops pop up in Seattle on a regular basis, but Koto Jelly Coffee is the first to serve a menu strictly of drinkable jelly. Agar-based coffee and tea cubes are this Capitol Hill cafe’s whole deal, and you can get them in latte form with a splash of milk or as a jelly affogato with a scoop of ice cream. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Kayla Sager-Riley
