The Best Katsu Sandwiches In SF - San Francisco - The Infatuation

"This Japanese lunch spot in the Mission is known for their eponymous matcha drinks and pastries, but that’s not all they excel at. The katsu sandwich, available both with chicken or pork, is a smash hit. Their housemade tonkatsu sauce is tart, just a little sweet, and complements the panko-breaded pork loin or chicken thigh perfectly. The sandwich also comes cut into three decently sized pieces, making it both extra filling and ideal to split with a trio." - julia chen 1, lani conway, ricky rodriguez
