"There’s plenty of bread and cheese to eat in Amsterdam, but much of it ends up consumed in a utilitarian affair: cold slices of cheese stuck between thick slices of equally cold bread. For a different approach, head to Batoni Khinkali for the acharuli khachapuri, a boat of warm dough filled with melted, salty cheese, pats of butter and an egg. Order one for yourself, or share it and save room for the khinkali, which are some of the best dumplings in Amsterdam.
