"La Cocina del Bizco is a Spanish taberna, but the opposite of the stereotypical dark, old-school kind you might imagine. It’s bright white, airy, and has an inviting vibe that makes you want to settle in for hours. But like any great taberna, it’s all about the knockout Spanish classics here, the majority of which are made with top-notch ingredients imported directly from Spain. The arroz meloso with mushrooms, duck, and foie gras is rich, creamy, and a must-try you should pair with a house vermouth on tap. Finish your meal with the just-sweet-enough tarta vasca de queso, and don’t be surprised when the ’80s and ’90s Spanish music playing in the background has you reminiscing about that Eurail trip you took with friends back in the day." - Guillaume Guevara
