If you're hoping to eat here on a Friday or Saturday—Shin Toe Bul Yi is otherwise takeout-only on weekdays—arrive early to beat the rush. Most of the groups already seated will have a big plate of Korean fried chicken in front of them, and you should take that as your sign to do the same. The meat tastes like it’s been marinating since before the Salesforce Tower finished construction, and the crunchy, puffed-up coating snaps with each bite.
