"This loosely Alice in Wonderland-inspired cocktail bar is hidden remarkably well inside Olly Olly Market in Chelsea. (Look for an unmarked door with a keypad lock, then scan around that keypad lock for the code to open it—or else give up, as we did, and ask a food hall employee for help.) The cocktails are expensive, at around $25 each, but they're also totally delightful. Each one comes with a surprise snack, like the fish-shaped lime and toasted coconut gummies that accompany a white negroni served under a cloud of coconut foam.
