At Café Pilz, it’s not only encouraged, but kind of compulsory. Crammed with locals huddled around piles of crispy torn potatoes with bright green aioli, this lively neighbourhood restaurant is best when you try a forkful of everything. So round up a group and order the entire menu of vegetarian Levantine small plates.
