"Though you can also dine a la carte, elaborate tasting menus are the main attraction at this splashy Colombian spot in Nomad. The Experience is 18 courses for $289, while the Journey is 10 for $189. Whichever option you choose, you’re in for something called a Guava and Anise Blowgun, foie gras with borojo fruit, and pan de yuca molded into a "Tree of Life.” Elcielo has four other locations, including two in Colombia and one inMiami—where,somewhat notoriously, guests paid for the privilege of licking chocolate sauce off their hands.
