"Not Your Nonnas is a carryout-only spot focusing on pasta meal kits. The menu rotates weekly and is filled with the kind of pasta you’re (probably) not making when left to your own devices. For example, they have tortellini stuffed with burrata, prosciutto, and sun-dried tomatoes or smoked paprika fagotinni filled with Cajun-spiced shrimp and served with chimichurri. Everything is prepared in small batches, and if you want to know what the chef is making that week, you need to DM or email to find out.
