"Ca Phe Da in Pilsen shares a chef, hallway, and trendy vibe with Haisous. But unlike its sister Vietnamese restaurant, Ca Phe Da is more casual, a bit more modern, and specializes in phở, bánh mì, and wings. The beef phở is particularly delicious, layering warming spices into a flavorful broth full of chewy noodles, meatballs, and thinly sliced ribeye. The handhelds are also excellent, like the wings in a tangy and salty fish sauce and bánh mì with lemongrass pork and a generous spread of rich pâté. Just know that the dining room with ubiquitous plant walls is only open until 3pm, so Ca Phe Da works best as a lunch option. Get the Vietnamese egg coffee if you want an afternoon pick-me-up that also doubles as a good sweet treat. photo credit: John Ringor" - John Ringor
