Niko Sando - Review - Brentwood - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Niko Sando is a minimalist-looking Japanese sandwich shop in Brentwood that just does four types of no-crust milk bread sandwiches: katsu, wagyu, egg salad, and fruit. Each one looks compact and clean-edged, like they were assembled with a ruler. The space is almost as simple as the menu, with terra-cotta tiles that remind us of a sauna and a small patio out front. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Cathy Park
