Boys Don’t Cry

"Despite the name that suggests that this place might either be a Cure tribute bar or some kind of gym where Rocky would train, Boys Don’t Cry is just a normal place to have cocktail. It’s a little bar on Orchard Street in the southern part of the Lower East Side, and it has a bar, a few booths, and some snacks like Nom Wah dumplings and hot dogs. You don’t necessarily need to make any weekend plans here, but if you live or work in the area, it’s a good place for a casual drink. You could also try having a first date here. The cocktails are good, and it shouldn’t be insanely busy." - Bryan Kim
