Winston’s Kitchen - Review - South Austin - Austin - The Infatuation
"Winston’s Kitchen is a Jamaican trailer near Brodie and Slaughter Lane and, outside of a visit to the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, it’s one of our favorite reasons to make a visit to southwest Austin. And if you happen to live in the area, you probably already know all about Winston’s, especially when it comes to the jerk chicken, some of our favorite in town. The meat is smoky and tender, with little bits of char on the skin. Generously seasoned with jerk spices, the chicken definitely pack some heat.
