"Another day, another handroll bar—this time in the Arts District. Sama serves a bunch of different types of hand rolls with truffle toro, salmon skin, or vegetarian fillings like sesame tofu. They also have a lineup of fusion-y dishes such as bluefin burrata and lobster dashi pasta, as well as sake cocktails infused with lychee and mint or three kinds of melon.
