"This fancy new izakaya in West Hollywood has a jagged stone counter and wall shelves that are carved into cave-like shapes, and we wouldn’t be surprised if there was a hidden staircase behind the rows of sake bottles. Their tight menu includes uni chawanmushi, kabusha tempura, wagyu and shrimp baos, and three chirashi bowls, each topped with thin avocado slices that are curled up like delicate little roses.
