But this is very much a legitimate operation - and it’s the steak equivalent of a VIP section at E11even. Celebrating a promotion? Check out their fine selection of Australian wagyu. Want to put the other dads to shame at the neighborhood cookout? Buy a few wagyu hot dogs. Just won the lottery? Take a look at their olive-fed wagyu “umami” menu, specifically the $130 ribeye.
