Here, the food is definitely Oaxacan but presented in a fine dining context. Although there’s an à la carte menu—with options like crab paella, mushroom-stuffed pasta, and duck confit enmoladas covered in mole—the four- to six-course tasting menus are the best way to experience Origen.
