Epicerie Pumpui - Review - Little Italy - Montreal - The Infatuation
"Pumpui—an endearing term meaning “chubby”—is a Thai restaurant in Little Italy, with vintage photos of Thai movie stars lining the white tile walls. Hip and helpful staff guide diners through the compact menu of curries, salads, and seasonal specials at this informal spot that’s open for lunch and dinner. (If you want something fancier, check out their other restaurant, Pichai). Grab a spoon and fork from the stainless-steel box on the table and dig into plates of ultra-crunchy chicken wings with sweet chili sauce and some sticky rice with coconut milk for dessert.
