The small Pakistani bakery on Ridley Road throws hundreds of flatbreads on a daily basis and we like them straight from the source. Out of the oven, bubbled and chewy, topped with a load of garlic and cheese or, even better, an meat. The fact you can pick them up for a quid or two, wrapped and ready to launch into is an enormous bonus.
