"Pass and Stow Apart from being at the stadium, the best way to watch any sporting event is among friends (and many boozed-up strangers) at a sports bar. Citizens Bank Park created the ultimate mashup with Pass and Stow. Near the third base gate, the pub has something for everyone: TVs and a raucous crowd for the die-hard fans, and a spacious outdoor beer garden for your friend who kind of likes sports but really likes taking pictures (we suggest doing so in front of the waterfall wall). Order the South Philly Disco Fries, topped with tender roast pork, melty sharp provolone, and broccoli rabe, the crispy dry-rubbed wings, and a few cocktails for the table.
