Pearl’s chicken was great. We ate a lot of meals on hoods of cars on this trip; universally delicious. You really feel like you’re cheating the system when you’re in a parking lot or gas station surrounded by bad options — but then you break out the good leftovers. Probably makes it taste like 20 percent better.
