Ball and Chain, the one-time jazz club restored to its former glory and now home to live music under a pineapple bandshell, is ground zero for authentically-Cuban fun. You’ll also want to drop in on Maximo Gomez Park to peep at the abuelitos playing dominoes, then head to the nearest ventanilla for a shot of Cuban coffee. For an authentic Miami hamburger, grab a frita at El Rey de Las Fritas, or for a larger selection of Cuban food head a little west to Versailles.
