Another local chain (well, not so local these days..I think there's outposts in a few states now including FL?! Anyway..) Not the BEST cheese curds, but good in a pinch, and better than their fries if you're ordering a Butter burger meal

Go before a Badger basketball game (and get there early)

A local chain, the cheese curds are nice and squeaky on the inside (the sign of a good curd, for the uninitiated)
