"A fine-dining restaurant, the name of which pays homage to the culture of the countryside, the omnipresence of meat and, above all, to the former Liniers livestock market where workers and breeders worked together like a family for generations. It is located in the extensive and lively Palermo Hollywood district and occupies a modern setting that was once a workshop (hence the light industrial vibe) with a kitchen that opens on to the dining room.
