Good Fortune Opens in Chicago
"Good Fortune, the first venture from Out To Lunch Hospitality, is opening in Chicago’s Logan Square. The 2000-square-foot split-level restaurant features 44 seats with an additional eight at the bar, royal blue velvet banquettes, and a collection of vintage chairs. The kitchen, helmed by Charles Welch, offers 'New American-Meets-Mediterranean' fare with items such as caramelized halloumi, black lime-cured Arctic char, and wood oven-roasted pork collar. General manager and wine director Steven Mendivil curates a wine list with nearly 75 bottles, and bar director Miranda Breedlove adds a contemporary flair to classic drinks." - Abbe Baker
