"‘Principio’ is Italian for ‘beginning’. The cheerful couple welcome you as if inviting you to dine in their home. Handmade pasta and charcoal grilling are the chef’s two fortes. To make the meal feel like a tour, the prix fixe menu brings together pastas from every part of Italy. Aged pork and shorthorn beef are char-grilled and seasoned with nothing but salt and pepper.
