Silberdistel's kitchen team uses select seasonal ingredients. The "Weitblick" menu with up to seven courses is offered. Tip: Before, with or between the courses you can order caviar from Walter Grüll from Salzburg. On Fridays and Sundays there are additional classics. Here on the fourth floor, you are afforded wonderful views, so be sure to ask for a window seat. Having said that, the restaurant interior itself, with its blend of stylish elegance and Alpine charm, is also a sight to behold.
