"Since it opened in 2004, this establishment, a household name in Saigon, has been synonymous with classic French dining. The lavish interior sports ornate chandeliers and stained-glass windows. Most of the ingredients on the extensive menu are flown in from France, but the owner insists on making his own cheeses.
