"An experience unlike any other in the UK, this Chinese restaurant brings a version of Chinese food to London’s diners that they have never seen before. You’re told upfront that you’ll taste one hundred ingredients over the course of the meal, as part of the service team’s opening explanation of the journey ahead. Andrew Wong leads the restaurant, but it’s the brilliance of the team that makes the lengthy tasting menu fly by: our visit lasted a little under three hours and we were never waiting long between courses. The chefs’ careful pacing keeps things flowing, while the front-of-house team keeps the experience engaging from start to finish and executes the meal’s theatrical touches with aplomb.
