The atmosphere here is pleasantly personal and intimate, the service attentive and cordial. An exciting culinary combination of Swiss and Asian cuisine is offered in the form of a surprise menu with six courses. The menu is called the "Hintersassen Menu" - a reference to the settlers of Dallenwil who moved here from further afield and integrated new ideas.
