"Located in the NOW Bomonti building, Saku is something of a hidden gem, offering an exotic and cosy dining experience. The restaurant's open space and long, extended kitchen are impressive. The cuisine is Asian with a big nod to Japan. The chefs like to let their creativity speak for itself, a case in point being their take on nigiri with tournedos Rossini that really melts in the mouth! Be sure to leave room for dessert, too.
