"Seating is counter only, and everyone begins at the same time. After starting with cured ham and salami, a succession of homemade pasta dishes follows. Meat is char-grilled wagyu sirloin. To wrap up the evening, dishes from dried noodles bring joy to pasta lovers. Mr and Mrs Yamaguchi recreate the cheerful fun of a typical day in Italy, as befits the name commedia, ‘the comedy’.
