"The owner-chef learned his craft from the pioneer who brought Sanuki udon to Osaka. He prides himself on creating udon that is smooth and never sticky. Be sure to try the signature dish, ‘Kijoyu’. Keeping it authentic, he gets his soy sauce from Kagawa and sudachi from Tokushima. “Don’t mix them, eat them two at a time”, he instructs novice diners.
