Choose between the modern-influenced à la carte, which includes a section dedicated to time-honoured recipes, and appetising tasting menus (Clásicos, Degustación 1882 and Geles, each with a wine-pairing option) featuring mains such as the unmissable Fabada de Prendes bean stew, the delicious Pitu de Caleya (a local chicken stew), Asturian tripe etc, and the rice dessert, “crema de arroz con leche requemada”.
