"Syuejia District is among the top five milkfish farming areas in Tainan, attracting foodies from all over the island. Yung Tung’s signature milkfish congee uses a fish stock that bursts with umami. Various parts of milkfish are served fried, braised or blanched. The braised fish head, and fish floss rice are especially popular.
