The cuisine has a Mediterranean focus with just a few meat dishes, while raw fish options (especially tuna) are the house speciality. The property’s kitchen garden provides the fruit and vegetables used in the dishes here, as well as herbs such as marjoram, oregano, basil, rosemary, mint and parsley.
