The restaurant offers dishes like Southern fried chicken with a cayenne honey drizzle, brined for 24 hours and served with collard greens roll, three cheese mac and cheese, and sweet potato chutney. Another dish is the chitlins prepared in the Southern tradition and as a French-inspired sausage. Global inspiration is also evident in dishes such as hoisin oxtails and collard greens golumpki.
