"It's certainly easy to drive by this strip mall and miss the understated seafood market housed within, but what a pity that would be, as it has been a city mainstay since day one. Designed with little more than school-bus yellow chairs, aqua-blue walls and corrugated metal, this retreat is Miami royalty, nonetheless.From shrimp empanadas to conch fritters, the kitchen team treats seafood with little more than a flip on the grill or dip into the fryer. The fried snapper sandwich is clearly a house favorite, but we were equally besotted by the ceviche, featuring corvina tossed in an electric mix of citrus, jalapeños, sliced red onions and pico de gallo. Whole fish and stone crabs packed on ice in a nearby fridge are also available for purchase." - Michelin Inspector
