Samsen (Wan Chai)

"This casual Thai noodle shop next to the historic Blue House is aptly named after an area in Bangkok where the Chinese traded with the Thais. Rattan blinds, bare concrete walls and distressed wood furniture give off a street-stall vibe. The signature boat noodles are not to be missed – the flavoursome broth alone takes 6 hours to make. Those with a sweet tooth can round things off with young coconut ice cream. Come early to beat the crowd." - Michelin Inspector
