"This restaurant specialising in traditional Japanese grilled eel is the only Nodaïwa outside of Japan, and has been ensconced on rue Saint-Honoré for nearly 30 years. It also serves eel in an array of other styles: grilled, glazed, in soup, flan or jelly. The other specialities, such as miso soup, chawanmushi or tofu, are prepared on the premises, attracting a demanding Japanese clientele.
