An Accidental Stroke of Genius
"Then, in the 1940s, in the Mexican border town of Piedras Negras, a group of ladies came across from neighbouring Eagle Pass, Texas, and dropped in at the Victory Club restaurant, where Ignacio Anaya scrambled to prepare them a dish of tortilla chips and cheese.
