"I came upon Rosendals Trädgård at the end of the island, a greenhouse-like restaurant set in a farm-like setting with rustic buildings and an orchard where Erik’s black-tie birthday dinner was held. The city felt a world away as guests in tuxedos and gowns mingled under the bright sun with the wind carrying the scent of flowers; it felt more like a wedding than a birthday. The meal, made of all local ingredients, arrived as a blur of dishes meant to keep us somewhat sober while we sang drinking songs, toasted, and danced, and when staff shooed us out at 2am because the sun was rising, we simply moved the party on to a friend’s house." - Matthew Kepnes
