"What keeps me coming back is the people and the atmosphere — the facilities are standard except for pillows that feel like sleeping on air, and although prices can be on the expensive side, the lively bar draws crowds (not just smokers) and the staff — a mix of locals and travelers — hang out with guests, know the city, and are always willing to help. Showers are good, beds comfy, there are charging points by each bed, and out of the three city locations I prefer the smaller uptown spot because it’s easier to meet people." - Matthew Kepnes
