On a recent visit, Union delivered quite the gastronomic experience with a wide selection of fresh flavours. The Pork Shoulder Hash, stewed Apple Pancakes, Union Breakfast Sandwich, a side of Fries and the delectable Sticky Ginger Cake, were all cooked to perfection by the chefs.
