Paran Country Store stands out as a beacon of the past. It’s a seventy-five-year-old convenience store with a hot bar of biscuits and sandwiches. The friendly cashier was excited to tell me that Robin Williams’ movie, A Merry Friggin’ Christmas, was filmed inside the store.
