Saigon Kitchen shared by @onthegrid says: ""This place has been "discovered," and rightly so since it's the best Vietnamese food you're going to find in upstate NY - the flavors and food quality would not be out of place in a larger city, and happily the prices don't reflect the value. It's worth the wait, even if the line is a little long. Lots of people go for the Pho, but we prefer the Vermicelli dishes and sharing a bunch of appetizers. Every table has the spicy chili oil concocted by the restaurant's owner, and it is perfect for pepping up dishes you're sharing with the less spice tolerant (our kids)."" on Postcard
