"Galeria Monumental, Intendente Anjos. Monumental is a gallery run by drawing artist and painter Manuel San-Payo, and furthermore his lifetime project of a place for artists and friends to gather around drawing but also to have a beer and chat — brought from the bar up top into the patio downstairs. Besides having his studio based here, he hosts events on other arts such as editorial design and a zine fair too."
